Top 5 Places I’ve Toured ~So Far~

Obviously, I’m not old enough to have travelled the whole world on my own – yet, but I have been blessed to have travelled to some pretty cool locations around the globe! These are some personally picked favourites to tour if you get the opportunity!

Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India

The first time I visited, I was very young. I don’t remember much from that trip, but I was lucky enough to get the chance to travel there again with my family, very recently. The two photos up there, are from our trip that was in November 2018! It was so amazing and beautiful there. The food was delicious, too! If you love Indian food as much as I do, no better place to eat than India, of course! Beware of the spiciness though! Agra has a crazy amount of tourist attractions to visit, and to capture the beauty of. There was never a dull moment there! I mean who else doesn’t wanna get the chance to see one of the prettiest 7 Wonders of the World?!

Saudi Arabia

I know, Saudi Arabia… it’s really broad, but I loved all the cities I got to visit! I couldn’t choose! They were all so beautiful! The first and most recent time I’ve gone there was in October 2018. I got to travel through Mecca, Medina, and many other cities. They were all so pretty and the mosques were beautiful. According to Google Maps, Saudi is “known as the birthplace of Islam, it’s home to the religion’s 2 most sacred mosques: Masjid al-Haram, in Mecca, destination of the annual Hajj pilgrimage, and Medina’s Masjid an-Nabawi, burial site of the prophet Muhammad.” It’s definitely a very religious country, and a great place of worship for the people of Islam. Also, the food there was so delicious! Especially if you’re Muslim and only eat Halal foods – because everything there is Halal! The weather there was wonderful as well! That is, if you like a super sunny, hot climate. Over all, it was an amazing experience! Especially, if you’re a Muslim, like me, it’s very important, and a great honour to have the chance pray in at least one of these sacred locations!

Ooty, Tamil Nadu, India

Ooty is located in an Indian state known as Tamil Nadu. It’s a beautiful destination with many tourist attractions and sights to see! I haven’t been there recently. I went there a while ago, I barely remember anything from that trip, but I remember it was very beautiful and peaceful. It’s a great location for some time away, from Winter especially, because it has a rather warm temperature year-round – it is in India, after all. It’s such a great vacation spot, it’s probably one of the best vacations I’ve ever been on! But anyway, it’s such a fun experience to get to go there, it’s so underrated, but it’s like a paradise. So, the next time you’re planning a get-away trip, make sure to have this town in mind!

Orlando, Florida, U.S.A

I think it was the Winter Break of 2015, we drove all the way from Ontario to Florida. It was a heck of a road trip, let me tell you that! But to be honest, I loved it especially since we stopped a couple of times for a break, and more stops means more cities, which just means more travelling! But after the long journey, we finally stopped – in Orlando! We went there for the sole purpose of going to Disney World. I gotta say, I LOVE DISNEY WORLD. I 110% recommend going to Disney World for a trip if you get the chance, it’s heaven to Disney-lovers all around! Even if you aren’t so much of a Disney-lover, trust me, you would love it. Not to be cheesy, but it was magical! It was sunshine and happiness all around! But really – it was very sunny all the time. I loved it, it was so warm and I don’t know if you can tell already, but I love warm weather! But Orlando has lots of tourist attractions, it’s crazy! I hope I get to go to Universal Studios next! Anyway, I hope you guys get to have this magical experience sometime in your life too, if you haven’t yet!

New York City, New York, U.S.A

When I visited Statue of Liberty Summer ’18

Okay, so about this specific location, I am not going to be getting into it in this blog. Why? Well, because: I have a whole blog dedicated to how much I love NYC! So, if you would like to read more about my sort-of-obsession with New York, please check out my previous blog. But I love NYC! ~https://traveladvisor.car.blog/2019/03/25/the-city-so-nice-they-named-it-twice/~

Thank you so much for visiting! I hope you enjoyed reading some of my travel stories, and found it helpful for you!

  1. I loved this Aymann! I haven’t been to any of the palaces you’ve been except for Florida, I’m so jealous! Because of this I now have more places to visit on my bucket list! I didn’t know all of the food in Saudi Arabia was halal, I haven’t had much halal food in my life so I would love to go there and try it out!

  2. This is awesome Aymann!! I don’t get to travel often, and when I do it’s never outside of North America. I love hearing your stories about India and Saudi Arabia. I think going to Agra would be fun, especially because of all the attractions and good food you described!!

  3. Usually, when I think of going on vacation to a hot place I think of like Florida, or Hawaii or something. I guess this article opened my mindset a bit, and I think it would be so cool to visit somewhere like India! Seeing different culture and experiencing it first hand is such a wonderful thing to do. Sadly I’ve never been out of Ontario 😦 BUT I definitely need to add India to my travel list for when I grow up!
